Shocking service never installed like I paid for it drivers rude never phoned 30 minutes before like they agreed and the customer service is shocking told managers and Phone will call me back still waiting

Product we ordered was not fit for purpose
Product we ordered was faulty - have made contact via the online chat service and promised I would hear back.. 2 weeks later no response. Chased up by telephone, had a terribly rude person who also has been no help and not responded further. So no star option would be helpful
