UPS in Spain are the laziest courier company. My business receives hundreds of packages at no. 355 but UPS always dump them at 335 which is a quick one drop dumping station and customers like me have to collect from there. Not acceptable...... Obviously the quality of my purchases is superb and the Web order site is pretty good too!

Extremely smooth and fast delivery to the UAE via DHL. One important note for local buyers: since these are shipped from abroad, an additional import VAT will be charged by customs upon arrival. That aside, the products themselves are amazing, and there are some fantastic discounts and exclusive offers available for Man City members!

Supporter from across the pond. Ordered an Authentic 26/27 home jersey. Received notice that there was a slight delay due to a high volume of orders, which is always appreciated. Once it shipped, it showed up in just a couple of days from the Netherlands to the U.S.

I really appreciate the high-quality Man City box that the jersey arrived in. Almost didn't want to take the jersey out of it! The jersey itself is exactly as advertised. Badges, name/number prints, all excellent. Blows my mind how thin (yet sturdy) the material is these days for football kits. Nothing like what we had in my playing days, that's for sure.

UPDATED TO 5 STARS – Flawless Customer Support, but Beware of Factory QC

I am updating my original 1-star review to 5 stars strictly because the customer support team handled my escalation perfectly. As promised, I am keeping my end of the bargain. To their credit, they immediately offered to expedite a replacement jersey at absolutely no cost to me. However, I opted for a full refund, which they processed completely friction-free without demanding an absurd international return from Panama. Their support team is top-tier and honors their word.

That said, I am leaving a strict warning for future buyers: inspect your items the second you open the DHL packaging. This was the first "on-the-pitch" authentic jersey I have ever purchased in my life. The premium out-of-the-box experience you expect at this price point was completely ruined by at least two highly visible smudge marks and heat-press stains dead center below the lettering.

Because customer service ultimately cannot guarantee the quality control of the factory in Eindhoven on a replacement, the experience was already lost for me. Watch out for these manufacturing errors. If you catch one, contact support right away—they will absolutely make it right, but you need to be vigilant about the factory QC before putting the shirt on.

My son was very pleased to get his jersey and was excited that it arrived quicker than expected. The fit was as expected as well.
