I do NOT recommend Mango.

I do NOT recommend Mango.
Immediately after receiving my parcel, I decided to exchange the item for a different size. That’s when the nightmare began. For one month and six days, Mango has been unable to provide me with a return AWB so I could send the parcel myself, or to arrange a courier to pick it up from my home.
Every single day they have demonstrated complete incompetence. They scheduled a pickup for February 5th — today is February 12th, and no one has shown up. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing.
Their email responses are robotic, vague, and completely unhelpful. There is a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility. It is shocking that a large international brand cannot manage a simple return process.
I will be filing a formal complaint with ANPC for violating online shopping consumer protection laws, as well as notifying the Spanish consumer protection authorities.
Pathetic service, extremely disappointing experience, and employees clearly incapable of handling a basic return request.

Absolutely disgraceful and…

Absolutely disgraceful and disappointing service. I have raised more than 3 different queries about the same refund, which i never received already two months after return. Item was fine, but ordered two sizes and returned one of them. I am back and forth with the CS over and over again, repeating the same information I have already given them. They are asking me questions from "noreply" emails I cannot even reply to EVEN THOUGH I have given them all the info they are asking for in a previous message... I'm speechless.

In my opinion

In my opinion, it is a brand that captures perfectly the essence of the new era. Combining casual style with general fashion and finding good things to wear at a very reasonable price.

Horrible ongoing order return and refund experience

Made a return of the order 16 January, via home collection - have not heard anything since. Helpless customer service, all they able to is reply with templates. Zero actual help. No tracking number, DPD do not see any request for collection in their system. CS ask for tracking #, but DPD says Mango should have it, if they order home collection. Awfull service, waiting for my order and deleting my account. You better off with Aboutyou and Zalando. Save yourself a headache.

Appaling service

Appaling service, my order said deliveres at 21.15 last night, it was not. AI chat is useless, I am still waiting in a que having been in it for over an hour. The telephone number is useless, keeps cutting me off as my mobile number not on order even though I never used a number on the order!!!! I am headed to a store to try and get resolve, no doubt they will refer me to customer service. The link to track my delivery tales me to the useless AI chat. Ridiculous, the last time I shop online with them.

£4 25 return

Tried a jacked in two sizes, (sometimes arms are a bit tight) and the label was not pre paid!!! Had to pay £4.25 for a return. Will not be ordering from mango again.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited a long time for my order, only to receive a last-minute email saying the item was suddenly out of stock. Poor stock management and zero respect for customers’ time. No proper apology or solution offered. Completely unprofessional

I bought a product that was defective…

I bought a product that was defective from Mango. A coat I bought had a hole in the pocket. I returned the coat to the store two weeks after purchase and as soon as I noticed the hole. In store, the customer service team were rude and aggressive, they accused me of damaging the product myself and would not accept any returns despite my visible distress.

Since this, I have raised the complaint with Mango directly, been ignored over and over and eventually issued a claim in the Small Claims Court for defective product under the Consumer Rights Act. Mango ignored my claim, refused to respond and so I was issued a CCJ for the full amount including costs and interest.

To date, Mango have refused to respond to my complaint and CCJ despite now having a court order for the money owed. From my own investigations, I can see they have a number of CCJs already in their name from previous claims.

Worst return policy ever in USA

Worst return policy ever in USA

No pre paid label to print at home instead a code that is not acceptable at usps self checkout, you need to line up to wait for a human being to do it while I don’t know any other company that does it. You always can print it at home check out without long lines and that’s all . Only at MANGO you have to go through ridiculous unfriendly process

Ordered items over a week ago and…

Ordered items over a week ago and requested for these to deliver by store.. still waiting. They are happy to havd taken my payment but no clear response on when i can collect my goods. Disappointing and would advise others to approach with caution. I actually want a refund now yet still hanging around waiting..

Poor Return Process

I placed an online order to be delivered to a store near me. While at the store, I tried on the items and ultimately returned everything. I have a sales receipt confirming the returned items yet I have no refund. I have been in contact with customer service and they keep delaying me by reporting, "they are working on it". It's been over a week. I don't trust MANGO will resolve the issue that I filed a complaint with my AMEX. What a terrible pain - I will never order from Mango again.

Awful experiance

Awful experiance, purchased an item for a Christmas gift however due to not being used until weeks later and a fault being detected it was outwith the 30day return period by 3 days. Mango are refusing to refund or exchange their poor quality, faulty product and sending me between the store and customer service online. None of which were able to assist me. A company’s returns policy does not override statutory consumer rights, and a fault present at the time of purchase entitles the customer to a refund or replacement.

Will NEVER shop here again!!!

AGATA- INVESTIGATION NEEDED

I ordered an item and paid in full, only to be told after payment that it was out of stock. Despite this, the item was not refunded. I was told the issue would be “escalated” and that I’d receive an email within 24 hours, 72 hours later, nothing.

When I chased this up, I dealt with a so-called customer service agent named AGATA, who was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Short responses, no ownership, and no resolution.

I am still out of pocket for an item I never received, and have wasted time repeatedly chasing a problem that should never have happened. This situation shows a complete lack of competence, accountability, and basic customer service.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering- and Mango: get your staff properly trained. Appalled.

Deserves less than 1 star

Deserves less than 1 star. Return policy is a joke. I ordered 5 items, returned 2 of them. Still get invoiced for all 5 items. 2 months later and it still hasn't processed properly despite me contacting them.

I did not receive a QR code to return…

I did not receive a QR code to return my parcel! I contacted them several times but only AI bots reply. The number on the website also does not work. It goes straight to a mail box. What is happening? This is so annoying! On WhatsApp there is sometimes a medewerker but it is from India. They have no clue what they can do or how to fix the return label problem. I will not order anymore from Mango!!

I will never shop from this company

I will never shop from this company. They lie and keep your money, do not give any refund, and even block your email. Such a big company, I can't believe what they have done, it's so low. I will keep working on it and to get my money back.
