Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service! Discovered my top was faulty after washing and they won’t exchange or refund! Absolutely awful cheap products sold for expensive prices! Daughter had handbag and after one month of use all of the cheap leather has worn away! Do better mango! I would save your money and shop at primark! Customer service just send automated messages and have zero compassion! I would be embarrassed to work for this company! Now Ive come to look at reviews I can see why iv had a bad experience

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. I was charged 2 times for one item and it took forever for them to understand. Then I was placed on hold and she returns to inform me that they are going to investigate and email me with results. I will never, ever purchase anything from Mango again. Also, calling their toll free number takes multiple tries as the call gets disconnected .

No refund being issued after more than a month

I ordered a big parcel worth over £700 which arrived damaged. I understand that this is a delivery fault and when I contacted customer service, they send a replacement parcel with the missing items quite quickly.
When I then had to return the replacement parcel, I contacted customer service again to assist as I never got a new order/delivery number for the second parcel. They issued a QR code for the return on 2nd October and received the parcel the week later. Since then I am trying to get hold of my money and contacted customer service twice again since. I was told on 22nd October that they never issued my refund but that I would be on its way now (even got an email receipt). But when I just contacted customer service again to request an update, they cannot see a refund being issued and reassured me that the money will be issued soon.

I cannot wait over 1 month for a £155 refund which should have been with me by now. This order was placed back in September and I am still waited to get hold of my money.

Evri lost the package and Mango wont refund

The delivery never arrived, Evri said there was delay, then that they tried to deliver which is not true because there was someone there waiting all day for the package. Then they where not sure where that package was or why they hadn't tried to redeliver. Today I finally received an email from Evri saying "it looks as though it has been misplaced". Its been 10 days, Mango said delivery was 3-5 days and yet Mango wont refund me the 160pounds. They say they need to hear back from Evri... which is ridiculous because in the tracking info you can see this but also, Why? I didn't purchase from Evri—I purchased from Mango who said 3-5 day delivery its been 9 days—refund my money and you sort it out with Evri

I ordered something

I ordered something, then decided to cancel on the same day. They said they'd review my cancellation request and get back to me within 24hrs. I hadn't heard from them in 2 days, so I called up customer service, only for them to tell me they can't cancel the order because they already prepared it, despite the fact they decided to prepare it AFTER they received my cancellation request.
Also, customer service was very curt and rude and unhelpful, and I had to call back, and the second caller was respectful and helpful.

Time burglars

One package I ordered never showed up and the other took about 10 days. Online chat and WhatsApp are both poor - you have to stay on the chat and wait unless it gets closed. This is unnecessary - other companies let you reply when you want. I had to wait in phone queues also. In the end I went out and bought the items from the actual shops. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE - they will waste your time and create an issue for you.

Received email

I’m doing a further follow up to my two previous posts,I have just received an email telling me my replacement trousers are on their way ,so I must give credit where credit is due ,as they did refund me. ( even if it was on the wrong item), and I’m glad they are doing this as I like their shops and clothes, so even though we use trust pilot as a platform to complain ,I must also use it to. Say good things.

THIEVES

It's kind of funny coming here and seeing how many people have had the exact same experience. I ordered some stuff two weeks ago that never turned up. I guess Evri lost it. I have contacted Mango Customer Support 3 times now and they won't do anything. The latest person is going to "send me an email so I can attach a screenshot of what Evri told you." EVEN THOUGH I JUST SENT HIM THE TRACKING NUMBER. What an insane scam, I can't believe I'm losing 180 pounds for nothing, I genuinely want to cry. I've never experienced something like this before.

WARNING

WARNING, Do not buy from this shop! they will not refund you if you need to return an order. I bought two items online, returned them to the store and they said the refund would be instant but when I checked my bank account only one item was refunded. Called customer services and they replied via their useless chatbot in garbled spanish. Manager in their shop in Cambridge was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I still don't know what happened to my refund. I will never shop with Mango again

Received wrong size shoe

Received shoes in a size 35 but ordered size 42. Tag in the shoes were 42 and the box stated 35. Complained via email and Mango have stated that they are size 42. Emailing back and forth with photos over the last 2 days and getting nowhere.
Shocking customer service!! I would not purchase again online from Mango.

Ordered twice and the delivery and dispatch is painfully slow . I ordered on the 12 Oct it still hasn’t arrived in store . There was a coat I wanted but I was better ordering from John Lewis who send in 2 days . Honestly I won’t bother with mango direct even though I love there clothes

Money grabbers

Ordered a pair of boots which were cancelled and refunded as being unavailable. The same pair of boots are still available to purchase on the website but for more money. I have been waiting 10 days for the rest of the order. Contacted support twice, when I tell the, the problem it disconnects and says everyone is busy

Mango has highly incompetent customer…

Mango has highly incompetent customer service support. So far I am waiting over 14 working days for refund of 1 pair of trousers. Now they have asked me to provide order reference number of the item cos they're to lazy to check themselves. Won't shop with them again, shame as I like their clothes.

Careful!

I received a Gift Card which is not working. I tried to get in touch with the CC with no luck. Eventually I managed and still after 15 days im not able to use it.
100EUR gift which is still in their pocket and the customer care is unable to help and does not take any responsibility.

I never normally leave bad reviews but…

I never normally leave bad reviews but DO NOT ORDER FROM MANGO. The order has gone missing and they refuse to acknowledge it and instead have issued a stop and return which means I will get a refund once the courier returns the parcel (which won't be possible because it's missing). I've reached out 3 times and it's been over a week since the parcel went missing (and nearly 3 weeks since I placed an order) and no items and no refund. They also closed my customer service chat down before we had finished talking. The customer service is SO bad, I will never risk ordering from here again.

Used to love them..steer clear

Used to love them, but their recent customer service and returns has been a nightmare. I won't order from them anymore. They messed up an order and issued a Sorry30 coupon to me. I ordered and realized that it had an old address listed, so I canceled to reorder with the correct address. I contacted them within minutes as the Sorry30 coupon wouldn't work again, and they would not reissue it. So they messed up an order initially, and truly didn't care at all about making amends. I advise anyone to steer clear unless you want messed up orders that take weeks to arrives and returns that take an month to process.
