Customer service a let down

Whilst I really like the fashion, I’d recommend the shop assistants at the Kingston store get some customer service training. Not sure what it was but definitely left the shop feeling let down as a customer with the rather unhelpful and limited communication of the shop assistant.

Alexandra O just gave me the rudest and least helpful customer service experience I’ve ever had. My jacket has been delivered to a store — I’ve received a collection code — but I ordered home delivery and have no idea which store it’s at. When I explained this, Alexandra refused to help, repeatedly insisting it was still due for home delivery tomorrow, completely ignoring the fact I already had a collection code.

She provided zero information about where my parcel is, was incredibly rude throughout, and then sent a tracking link that clearly shows the parcel should have been delivered on the 5th of March. After that, she simply ended the chat and left me without answers.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Still no idea where my jacket is — and no help whatsoever from customer support.

Slowest delivery service in modern world

Second online order and they show delivery timescales but don’t process order for dispatch until 4th working day from placing order so the shipment doesn’t arrive when expected!
The tracking link sent with first order showed delivered to store despite home delivery making me go to store to collect and it wasn’t there.
Second time tracking link shows waiting receipt of order on 6th working day from placing order! CS no help whatsoever just yes link doesn’t work ! So customer has no way of tracking !

DONT BUY FROM HERE

I made an order and one of the items (which was a set) was incomplete. I sent that back along with another item and they only refunded me for one item. Couldn’t get hold of them in any way shape or form so they have taken the item back and not refunded it! Do not buy from here!

These are nothing but scammers

These are nothing but scammers. I ordered a blouse back in December and never got it. I did receive a cheap dollar tree shirt that was the right color, but it was no way the item that I ordered. I have tried to go back to them with on luck. This website has nice clothing, but it’s a shame that you can’t trust the website.. Apparently this company is nothing but a scam.

Alert: €50 Return Fee After Promised Free Returns!

Here’s what happened: I ordered clothes from what I thought was Mango’s official website, lured by their promise of free returns. But right after I paid, the site magically transformed into Mango Outlet—where free returns don’t exist. Now, I’m stuck paying a whopping €50 just to send my items back. It feels like a sneaky trap to squeeze extra money out of customers. Heads up: double-check where you’re shopping on their site, or you might end up paying more than you bargained for!

Terrible customer services

Terrible customer services. Order of holiday clothes was delayed well past advised delivery date. Was on holiday by the time I was informed they were on their way. Requested (and was confirmed) for order to be delivered to a locker. Instead was delivered to my doorstep and stayed there for 10 days during snowy period. Will be returning the clothes as received too late (and trousers were see-through!) but Mango flatly refused to compensate the original delivery fee despite the lengthy delay.

Poor delivery

I have never experienced such a poor delivery. I ordered a coat on the 6th of December 2024, and it's now 31st but I still haven't received it. Most likely they have lost my order.
The delivery time is unacceptable!

I only buy Mango in-store

I buy Mango in-store, because their service on-line is really, really poor.
Other high street brands offer an amazing service so why can't you.
I ordered a velvet top on December 15th, here we are on the 30th and it still hasn't arrived. I really wanted it for Christmas '24 not Christmas '25..

Took payment twice!! No help!!

Took payment twice for absolutely no reason. Some technical glitch with the app. Online Assistant chat "can't understand me" and when I type to ask for an assistant they say offices are closed (yet according to opening times says they are open). Email on website does not work, email bounces back to say Mango have altered their settings to control flow. In other words, they don't accept emails (probably all complaints!). Phone number, again brings you through to automated robot. Does any human non-robot work for Mango?? Absolute scam company masquerading as a legit brand. Every turn I take to get it contact, nothing works. I wonder why!!

Mango's customer service is a…

Mango's customer service is a nightmare. I reported a defective product and followed all their instructions, only to be met with conflicting responses, wasted time, and no resolution. They even offered me a gift card, then retracted it, claiming it was a mistake.

Their lack of respect for customers and inability to handle a simple issue is unacceptable. I will not shop at Mango again.

Black loafers

I odered loafers online for a recent short break, which are lovely. But, they arrived after I went away. I will never order online from Mango again. Mango took the money from my account the day after I ordered the loafers. Then, they were super slow in delivering the items, it took 11 days for them to arrive. Unacceptable in this day and age, it should take a maximum of 3 days for your customers to receive what they have ordered and paid for.

Would give zero stars if possible

I bought a skirt from Mango which I loved. After washing it using the instructions on the label, the hem and the seams twisted and became unwearable because of the shape and the way it hung. I went back to the store who refused to accept it was a fault in the garment. I then contacted customer services online who ignored my emails. Shocking! Wouldn’t buy another thing from them.
