Disappointing
Product ordered was as described and service was very good with fast delivery as well. However on the right hand side decor it had plainly been sitting on the shelf for some time as the 3D adhesive would not retain its position due to the 😒😒

This product sounds great and looks spectacular , however there is one slight problem for the newer model of the voge r125. The sensors that attach to the exhaust for the new voge include 2 of them where as on this downpipe system there is only one place for one of the sensors to go leading in one of them being loose , if you have a model from 2024 or earlier I would recommend , where as the 2025 model I’d suggest other options

Fast delivery of a great product. Half the price of same item from other retailers. I half expected the item might be not as good but it was just as good as the others I'd seen. On top of that I phoned MotoGP today for technical advice on a different matter & they were very helpful with advice & were prepared to spend time. Well done

Shop didn't refund full amount when couldn't supply order.
12/5/25 ordered a Revit Sand 4 jacket online, paid £459.98 and received confirmation.
13/5/25 received email as now not available due to a system issue. Also offered a Sand 5 jacket in a different colour. Order cancelled.
14/5/25 received refund of £439.98.
21/5/25 I emailed to point out the £20 charge.
6/8/25 Despite repeated emails I am still waiting full refund.

Just to go over a few points, firstly, we apologise for the stock issue initially causing this problem, as you mentioned, we offered a replacement jacket. It appears after some investigation that you had not replied to our shop@motogb.co.uk email, rather emailed our accounts team in response. You may have accidentally replied to an email regarding the initial payment confirmation, which is automatically sent from the accounts team email address.
Our shop emails are checked throughout the day, every day, however our accounts team may not pick up on/notice an email meant for our shop team as they do not typically speak with customers.
We can confirm the refund error was just that, an error. We take full responsibility for this mistake with our system and have now processed the outstanding £20.00 refund.
Again, we apologise for this inconvenience and the time taken to have this resolved. We will be in touch via email for further information.
