Terrible service - I hope I get my refund

purchased a Camaro wetsuit from Muehl Watersports. Even though the website showed the item in stock, it was not available. They wrote to me saying that it will be available in a few days. They came back a few days later, saying the item would be available in December and asking me if I wanted to cancel my order. I promptly replied that I wished to cancel my order and receive a refund. My email was never responded to. I have sent 3 further emails requesting information about my refund, but I have not received a single reply. On top of this, I have been charged twice on my card; one payment is still pending, and the second has gone through. This is really unprofessional behavior.
Terrible service - I hope I get my refund
