Bad product/Poor customer Service

Bad product.
Information on the website were wrong.
I asked the customer service but they never respond.
So I trusted the website and the product is not the right one. Regarding the cost to send back the product, they are insane so my only option is to keep an useless product.
I will never buy again on this website and this brand.

Product Arrived Damaged – Disappointed with Quality”

Unfortunately, the product arrived in a very poor condition. As you can see, many of the synthetic blades are bent, crushed, and irregularly deformed, which compromises both the visual appearance and the quality I expected based on the product description.

This damage suggests that the item may have been mishandled during packaging or transport, or that the product itself was defective before shipping.

Worst delivery company

When purchasing the product, the application gave an error when providing us with the purchase receipt, which led me to report the incident, although I was unsure if the product had been ordered or not. In the end, they confirmed that the order was placed. The worst part was with the delivery company, as they refused to deliver the product to the door (they claim that it was indicated in the order, but this is not stated anywhere on the Nortense website). When we went down to collect the order, the person delivering it placed the product on top of the door, which prevented us from opening it. We asked if they could move it so we could open the door, but they also refused, and we had to go out through another door to retrieve it. Unfortunately, Bahaus no longer has this product, and we had to buy it from this website, but I would recommend considering a change or another delivery company option.

Administrative procedure failure

I never received an official confirmation of my order by email, not even after payment, so no follow-up of delivery was possible. I have had to contact client-service twice. Then I received a whatsapp at ten o'clock in the evening informing that delivery would be made the next morning between 08'30-10'00.

Worst customer service ever.

On ordering I was told 2 to 3 working days for delivery. 2 weeks later the order had not arrived and I was leaving Spain . I had sent 2 emails explaining the situation and gave 2 options for delivery which included delivering to a neighbour. I did not receive a reply to my emails and although the item was reported to me as delivered it was not and I had been refunded the cost of the item but not the 10 Euros delivery change. Totally useless company . Avoid at all costs.

Website don't reflects products availability

In Nortene web site the products are available, but after you buy and pay, you are informed that are sold out.
