Bad service
I ordered a keyboard for a Toshiba S50. It turns out that there are many variants of the S50 and it wouldn't fit mine. So I sent it back and now they refuse to refund the postage charge. I paid 102kr to send a 150kr item back ! - if I had known that i would get service like that then I would have kept it - Never buying from them again........

Du skrev til os at vi skulle dække den forsendelse du ville have ved fortrydelse af købet, hvilket vi afviste overfor dig. da kunden selv står med udgiften til returnering i tilfælde af fortrydelse.
Sagen blev dog løst da du fik en bekendt til at kontakte os på Dansk og div. forvirringen og sprogbarrierer var væk. Du har fået alle dine penge retur for købet som du fortrød via vores shop.
