Outstanding personalised customer service, excellent communication and brilliant quality mould. Very fair price, swift delivery and the fact thy keep the impression to save getting another one should you misplace it. Can’t rate Adam and Plugzz highly enough.

Load of rubbish

Meant to help block out snoring, but even when you first put them in ,you no they not gonna work, because you can still hear the television.

They cost enough so expected better .

These ear plugs are absolutely and totally unfit for purpose and are a waste of money.

They do not provide any form of seal in my ear to prevent noise; the whole point to buy them.

I had to buy other foam ear plugs that work.

Pluggerz are a complete waste of my money!

I give these zero stars. Just bought from Boots & thought I’d tried these much more expensive earplugs. Tested them straight away & can still hear everything! This feels so unfair as won’t be able to get money back from boots as I have used them. However I will inform Boots as a big company like that shouldn’t be stocking products that don’t work!

These ear plugs are absolutely useless. They don't create any seal in my ear. I will stick with foam earplugs in future. Pluggerz are a complete waste of my hard earned cash.

Sadly they don’t work for me. I’ve tried doing the things suggested to form a seal but made no difference. Back to the more effective foam ear plugs.

The word "sleep" appears on the packet, but these Pluggerz earplugs do not help me sleep. The product description "noise suppressing earplugs" is inaccurate. They hardly suppress any noise at all. I know that earplugs cannot block all noise. They are not going to suppress the sound of aircraft directly overhead (for example). Unfortunately, even much quieter sounds are still audible with Pluggerz. I cannot be constructive about this product, because it just does not work, and because I know there are other earplugs that do work. (The ones made of silicone putty are fairly effective, although they have only a short useful life.) Ignore the maker's irrelevant mention of bone conduction and other unconvincing attempts at damage limitation on this page. I have used many types of earplugs over the years, and these are some of the least effective I ever encountered.

Expensive earplugs and lousy dutch service ! I will order alpine earplugs.

Sent earphones with one egg, said they’d send another but it’s now been a month and I’ve not had anything or been able to use them. Disgusting!

Tried both the large and small within the Sleep set and they make absolutely no difference in terms of sound reduction. Exactly the same sound as not having them in at all.

Yes I have tried inserting them many different ways including as you describe.

ETA: thank you for your reply. I must say, after wearing them for a few days and now weeks my ears have gotten used to the feeling and I don't notice them so much. I think I subconsciously change my sleeping position a little bit too so I don't rest on my ears too much. So, I'm quite happy and five stars.

The custom fit side sleeper plugs block enough sound for a good sleep. I'm very happy with that. But they do hurt my ears, and it's not comfortable at all to sleep on my side, even choosing the softest material available. As a lot of other reviews say there is no problem with that I guess it depends on individual ear anatomy unfortunately and the only way to find out is to try them.

These are good at blocking out snoring etc, and they are comfortable, but they are, sadly to say, DANGEROUS! I woke up one morning to find I couldn't get them out of my ear canals they had gone in so far!..I ended up having to get tweezers and luckily managed to get hold of the middle bit.

Extremely dangerous. I just had to go to A & E to get one removed. Avoid at all costs. Please, if you are going to purchase, don’t sleep with them in. I wouldn’t want someone to go through the hell I have just experienced.

They do nothing. Useless.Stores do not take them back and do not refund money for hygiene reasons. I don't know where those positive comments come from. This company is trying to deny the negative comments by saying that sound waves pass through the head and cannot cover all the sound. But the simple truth is that they are no better than a simple piece of cotton in terms of sound attenuation. Just a waste of money!

Dangerous as get stuck in ear canal and also caused bleeding.

Great delivery as advertised, of blocking immediate and unwanted noises while still not completely blocking all noise for the needed alarm clock sound. Only issue is a potential risk of inserting them with some force causing a squeeze of the tip, htis could lead to bits breaking off an getting stuck in the ear canal.

The sleep ones are brilliant ear plugs, cannot sleep without them. Block out annoying sounds like snoring and birds but can still hear my alarm in the morning. Also great to wear to dull really loud annoying noises during the day. Highly recommend 😊
