I recently purchased a new REFOX Laser Machine for my repair business. I was watching videos for months before buying. It looked great and thought it would make repairs easier. When I received it I spent hours playing with it and amazed on how much easier it made iPhone back glass repairs. I definitely recommend it as the first machine for people to buy for their shops. Easy to learn and use. Came with the extra benefit of laser engraving items. Shipping was fast and the account rep Bonnie who stayed in communication with me during the order process was great. I will definitely buy again in the future. Looking at my second repair machine now to purchase.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I wanted to share my experience on Trustpilot to help any hesitant consumers.

I have been in the electronic repair business for over 6 years and have seen many iPhones with missing true tone, I researched the issue and came across REWA on YouTube. After watching several videos on restoring the missing true tone I decided to purchase the Qianli Apollo Interstellar One 6 in 1 Multifunctional Programmer from REWA Shop Online.

First, the price of the device (considering what it can do) was great, shipping from the other side of the world to Canada with tracking was even better.

It only took 2 weeks to receive my programmer in the mail, it was shipped in a double wall box with thick foam padding for extra protection. The device was in immaculate condition.
There is some software that you need to use the programmer, so I contacted REWA Shop's customer service; they responded promptly with the link for the software I need and offered to help with any issues that may arise.
The customer service responded fast, they were friendly, polite and most of all eager to help.

The Apollo Interstellar One has the most simple user interface. It is literally copy and paste! (It doesn't get better than that!)

Since my first order, I have made another, with various parts including but not limited to: High capacity batteries, screen adhesive seals, battery tape, wireless charging coils, screens, speakers, tweezers etc..

The bottom line: The days of getting ripped off from other suppliers is done.

REWA Shop Online has the highest quality iPhone parts and tools at the best prices and I would highly recommend anyone in the repair business to go to them for all of their repair needs.

My laser machine was shipped very quickly and packaged well. It was easy to set up and operate with very detailed step by step videos. The customer service is phenomenal, also!

Always a good experience ordering from REWA! They specialize in high-end electronics parts and supplies. They are my default place for difficult-to-find electronics repair tools.

I have been their customer for months now and I got to say they are the best Chinese supplier I have ever met. My salesman Frank is there for me anytime if I need some help or information about any product. I had business with several different Chinese mobile phone parts suppliers and none of them had better defective rates then Rewa. Each of their items go through quality checks, therefore the fault rate is very low. They ship out usually within 2-3 days and the orders arrive to us the following 5-7 days by DHL. We bought a laser repair device from Rewa which stopped working after 6 months. Immediately after informing them about the issue they have ordered a pickup for the device and sent us a brand new one, everything for free. Well, for me a even 5 Star rating is not enough, I would give much more if I could. Thank you Rewa!

I opened a shop in June, and in November decided to get a Refox Laser machine. I did some research before and determined that Rewa's seems to be a good one. (They are a bit pricey considering the shipping and tariff.) The shipping is much faster than I thought. We got it less than 2 weeks. Product came in well packaged. The machine works perfectly (Though I had to say that the software that comes with it is less than perfect. Some English translations can be improved).

Also want to say special thanks to their rep Bonnie. She's been extremely patient with me the whole time and even after we started using it. I had quite some questions regarding the purchase, and she answered them all for me. I'd say her positive attitude offset the negativity on shipping/software.

Excellent customer service. I can not stress enough just how above and beyond they Rewa team has gone to help me with all of my issues. Especially Bonnie, she has been amazing!

I ordered an OEM display for iPhone 11 Pro, the screen looks amazing the colors and touch but I looked at the back of the display and there is a way to tell if it’s original or not, apple logos on the cables and orange wires behind the display, although it doesn’t have any of these signs on it, and I don’t know how Rewa refurbishes their displays, I still do think the display itself is OEM.
