Ordered a men's Alabama watch. Received an Atlanta Braves watch, twice! How can they say they are an Alabama store when they don't even know what the Alabama logo looks like? I am wondering if they just hoped I wouldn't notice. The only reason they get 1 star is their customer service was easy to deal with. They quickly sent me a return label both times. However, I had to go out of my way to see the items were shipped back before they would give me an exchange or refund. I would not recommend this site.

Horrible website. I ordered a hoodie 10 days ago and UPS never received item. I contacted customer service with no resolution. Had to dispute the charge with PayPal. Would not recommend.

Ordered an Alabama sweater for my wife. She is very petite and I ordered small. They sent a medium/large. This cost over $45. When I tried to get a return ticket they said total return AFTER IT WAS RETURNED would be $28. Ripped off but won’t deal with them again.

I ordered 2 magnets: one was $7 and one was $10. I had $2 handling and $5 shipping. They couldn't fullfill the $7 magnet so they refunded $5.55 for some reason. Now for me to get a magnet, I have to pay the full $5 shipping and $2 handling. I will never buy from them again. I hope Ohio State crushes them on New Years Eve! Go bucks.
I just ordered a better magnet from Amazon for less money and free shipping. No handling fee either whatever that is.

Sadly disappointed in customer service I was given an email credit for a return I made. I have not been able to use it since February. I have sent numerous emails for assist to no avail. Their refund policy sucks plain & simple 😳‼️
