This company has stolen over $100 in subscription fees from me. I gave them my card number when I purchased an item via Instagram. That transaction went well - I received my item timely and it was exactly as pictured; a sturdy sling bag. A few weeks after my purchase, they charged me, without authorization, $29.99. I emailed their Help contact and was told that the charge was for a subscription for my initial purchase which gave me a discount on my purchase and free shipping. There was NOTHING in the sale information about this. I did not see an asterisk or any fine print. I asked for a refund. They replied that they cancelled the subscription but could only refund $15.99 if I agree to accept. I refused and requested full refund. They did not reply and charged $19.99 each month after until I locked my card. They have not replied to other requests for refund. If they cancelled my subscription, why are they still charging? They are dishonest thieves.

I bought one item. That automatically signs you up for VIP membership which charges $29.99 a month. You have to cancel but you don't know you signed up for the membership. Then when you call them about the membership they start charging you$29.99 every couple days. TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY.

I purchased a Big A## Calendar 2026 from ShopAtEmporium and unfortunately had a very poor experience.

The item arrived folded with heavy creases, making it unusable for its intended purpose. A large wall calendar should be shipped rolled in a tube, not folded.

I contacted customer support immediately and requested a refund. They initially responded and asked for my order details, which I provided promptly (name, shipping address, email, and last four digits of the credit card used). I also sent clear photos of the damaged item as requested.

Since then, I have received no response at all, despite multiple follow-up emails over more than a week asking for the status of the refund. There has been no confirmation that a refund was initiated or any explanation provided.

At this point, I feel completely ignored. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this vendor, especially if there is an issue with the product and you need customer support.

I ordered the slim carry last minute for my summer trip to europe. I didn't realize the shipping times said it can take up to 10 days so i emailed the support and they expedited my order!! 10/10
