I have to say it's very comfortable but the smell is overwhelming.£1,600
And I'm not impressed the smell is overwhelming write through the house even my skin smells what's going on apparently it's a fire retardant spray never again absolutely appalling

Avoid Silentnight Memory Comfort
Got a Silentnight Memory Comfort Mattress. Hard as sin and horribly uncomfortable for 2 weeks, passable for 2 more weeks, and now it's dipping.
I wanted a straight replacement for my older Silentnight Memory mattress, which was 2.5cm thinner, comfortable, and didn't dip for years and years.

I had to return my electric under blanket, which I had 2 winters due to a faulty switch and was under guarantee. The customer service was amazing, within a few days they had sent me a new replacement blanket. Thoroughly recommend this company and their brilliant customer support. Thank you.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is an extremely complicated and drawn-out affair. After a rocky start and ignored support requests the mattress arrived.

Tried to make a claim on a mattress as it has dipped within 6 months considering it’s a firm mattress.
Claim was denied and warrantee voided as I keep my mattress on the floor as my 1 year old co-sleeps with us and prevents him falling off an actual bed.
Ridiculous reason to be voided.

Item never showed up and Silent Night…
Item never showed up and Silent Night never bothered to update me about my order. After I emailed Silent Night about it they ignored me and kept spamming me with emails asking how my sleep was. I had to contact them multiple times just to get a response and then was finally issued a refund weeks later. Do not buy from silent night as they send items through Evri and do not care
