Took 12 business days and 2 emails to confirm shipping, replied that this is how they conduct business but at least chair got delivered within 15 business days
The chair is really good but very slow…
The chair is really good but very slow for shipping interstate and they forgot the lumber support for the chair. Getting it shipped after the fact was a bit of work. Since they are using a 3 party logistics company for drop shipments it makes tracking and support a real pain.
After sales care non existent
The product arrived with a small defect, we immediately sent email to customer service, but received no reply, I reiterated a week later, then called the store, and then sent third email. I eventually got a response that offered no help but acted like they'd never heard from me, then sent me off to a new agent that has now ignored us for a week.
It's now 3 weeks since and we are no closer to having anyone help us or even acknowledge there is an issue.

Received faulty and item not worth the money 💰
Installation person came and assembled the chair but height adjustment is not working, height adjustment handle is keep on rotating no tightness, he tried to do all the possibilities ad told chair itself is a faulty item. you can also confirm with installation person. I didn't expect this to be like this. Also quality of the chair and plastic is not at all worthy for price. I'm totally disappointed.
Poor customer support
Product developed a fault in less than a week. It's been three weeks since I've submitted a warranty claim and I'm still not close to a resolution. To develop a fault so soon is disappointing, but my main frustration is the poor customer support.

Quick delivery, easy and straight forward assembly, sturdy and comfortable.

Excellent packaging and delivery experience. Assembly was quite easy as well. Bought it on a Black Friday deal and have been using it for a month now, happy with the purchase so far.
Thigh pain
The Series 2 seat slopes upward and "peaks" close to the front of the seat.
Such inclination creates a more closed hip angle, introducing uneven support across buttocks and thighs, causing thigh numbness when sitting for hours.

Poor customer experience
After purchasing the product, but the purchase color cannot be provided, the product is not processed. Force color change or cancel purchase. The consumer experience is extremely poor. I do not recommend your company and products.
Karman chair
Karman chair is great. Was given to me as a gift from Steelcase as part of a MakeAWish and I am super pleased. Love the red/blue colour too and I appreciate the spare rollers in case I have to use a hardwood floor in the future.
