NOTHING has lived up to my expectations. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 9th, and by the 13th I was notified it was at the shipper's warehouse. Where it has remained since. It is now the 22nd, an Tenoha's customer service is abysmal. They don't reply to any inquiries despite multiple tries. I am sorely disappointed and will urge everyone to think twice before purchasing from this shop.
