Ordered a product, never received it or an update on it. I sent an email to request information on it, no response. I tried to call, the phone number doesn't work.

Ordered a ‘free trial product’ never received, now they are charging me £26 a month for absolutely nothing. Had to cancel my credit card. Annoyed they got through 2 payments before I realised. This needs to be stopped as clearly a scam- wish I’d checked here first.

I ordered the Honey Peel face mask after seeing an ad on IG. I paid $7.99. Never received the product and just let it go. Figured it was a shipping thing and was too busy to deal with it.

Months later, I noticed they've been charging me periodically: $59.99, $28.06, and $28.06 over the past 4 months.

How awful. Somebody needs to end this scheme.

It's a scam!
I ordered and payed for it, it arrived but doen't work at all.
Then I've been charged with no notice twice in the next months, for total 60$ and for nothing. Still waiting to get my money back

Ordered May 27th and still not received by July 28th. My card was charged for a subscription that I didn't sign up for and they give the runaround with the tracking information by copying and pasting messages. Please do NOT trust this company. I am working to dispute anything charged.

I actually give them a -5. This is a scam. I ordered the free sample where you only pay shipping( about $3). They tried to charge my card for $34 several times a month later. Thank goodness it didn’t go though. My bank blocked the suspicious charge. I never even received the product.

Shame I can’t do zero stars. Absolute scam. Placed the order where I just pay the postage… never received that order. Then got charged the same again… still nothing. THEN I got charged again this time 10x more! Contact them and got told that I was automatically enrolled onto their VIP programme. Avoid this company like the PLAGUE! Absolute scam, awful service and guess what… still never got the item!

These people are a scam!!!!!!!!!!! They will take money from your account. I've never received my product, yet they keep debiting my card.

I ordered once in March. I got it, it was okay. But then I got charged again in March, April, June, and now July. I'm out over $100 for products never received, nothing said it was monthly. Disputing now. No emails after the first one saying I was going to be charged again

This company is a whole scam. Beware they got me for almost $30. I haven't received my product to date from May 26, 2025, NEVER order from this company they'll never get my business ever again, I never subscribe to a subscription for this product couldn't even get a refund!!😡😠

I ordered a honey peel June 3rd and its July 6 and nothing. No tracking number, no product. I reached out to the company be email and no one got back to me. Also they tried charging my card $30 for a subscription that I didn't sign up with. I blocked 🚫 the company from charging my card. Please beware of this scam, you dont want to waste your money.

Horrible. Ordered a FREE product that I NEVER received then noticed I was getting random charges and absolutely ZERO response from customer service. Filed TWO disputes.

It’s a scam. It was a free product but I paid for delivery then a week later got charged for $30. I called and it sounded like a scammy customer service call center. I never got the product. I disputed the charge and cancelled my old card so they wouldn’t charge me again. 5 star reviews are all fake, the names are so fake and the reviews are one person from day to day. Looks so fake and made up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Beware of Honey Peel – misleading charges and no delivery!

I ordered Honey Peel and initially paid $12.98 for shipping. Later, I discovered an unexpected charge of €59.99 on my account without my consent or any explanation. My order was never delivered, I received no tracking information, and no order confirmation.

The customer service replied but gave vague answers and promised a refund that still hasn’t appeared. I found many similar complaints online about hidden fees and poor service.

I strongly advise everyone to be very cautious with Honey Peel. This feels like a scam, and I have initiated a chargeback through my bank.

Scam site! They charged me $14.98 for the items I ordered, then I got a $60 charge almost 2 weeks later. Mind you I still had not received the product and it showed it as “processing” in the Shop app. I wrote for a refund and they said the charge was nonrefundable, as per their terms. I never signed up for a VIP membership. I went back to the site and the prices keep changing, but still nothing about a $60 monthly fee that’s non refundable. I screenshot the whole site and it’s iffy AF. It changes often and when I added a VIP membership to cart it was $14.99 a month in one place, $39.08 in another, etc. STILL NO $59.99 anywhere! I flagged my bank and wrote back asking to speak to a supervisor. I also requested a refund for the product since I hadn’t even received it and it showed it hadn’t shipped. They replied that they processed the $14.98 refund, but that the membership still wouldn’t be. DO NOT BUY!

They charge your account without permission for a supposed “membership” without sending any product. After 2 months I emailed and was told they were going to “look in to it”, of course they never got back to me. It’s been over 3 months since the original order, still no product!

Do not buy!!! The product is watery and a sticky mess. The mask is super thin and breaks into tiny pieces! They billed my account over and over to the tune of 97.00 without my permission and without sending any product which is embezzlement! They should be reported to the police. No answer or apology!

This company is an absolute scam. Do not buy this!! They will claim that you have a subscription and will transfer money unauthorized from your bank account.

You don't even get the product.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I’m in Australia, and ordered this product on March 10 after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I paid AUD $29.99 for a one off purchase. I am yet to receive it. I also realized that they were taking different amounts from my account every few weeks. First $48, then again the same amount and then $65. I immediately reached out to the company who told me I had apparently signed up for some sort of membership. I can assure you I never did. I bought it as a one off purchase and nowhere did it say I was signing up for anything at all. They refuse to refund me, or send me the product, and openly admit it’s not stated in any way that it’s a membership. I’ve given them multiple chances to rectify and they won’t. It’s an absolute scam. They’ve literally stolen my money, sent me nothing and won’t rectify. It’s an absolute SCAM!
