I ordered their Falzarego Sweater in cream color. The fit it's super but material is very low quality. Every time I gave a hug to a friend allot of hairs of the sweater got stuck on their clothes.. ALLOT , horrible. I spent all my ski vacation taking off the hairs of the sweater it left on my pants, the restaurants sofa, my purse. For what it cost, 269... I would not recommend, at all. I'm just sad I lost my money.
I ordered from their website 2 weeks ago and immediately received the order confirmation stating that UPS delivery would happen within 1-3 days. After not having heard anything last weekend I sent a mail to the customer service, upon which I received an automated mail that I should receive a response within 72 hours. After still haven't heard anything on Thursday, I sent another e-mail with again no response.
Terrible customer service of a company that just takes your money, without sending you the clothes you ordered.
