I was concerned about a service interruption. I didn't know the end date beforehand. Kathya G. helped me with my questions. She made it easy and made me feel comfortable about asking. I hate being in such a situation, but she was understanding and assured me my account was fine. I've had to chat with the help center and call in the past, and I never get to talk to the same person. However, I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. I'm really glad I switched when my contract came due with the other company I had service with.

Overpriced lies about their "solar days". Paid more with this company than anywhere else. Avoid if you have any actual options.
