Very satisfied

I bought a few pins and one was out of stock. Via Whatsapp I chose another one and all was arranged very quickly, very satisfied! And loved the pins.

I ordered the Le specs The prince sunglasses in silver. I am very disappointed that the delivery still did not reach me! I ordered them six days ago! I hope they will be there soon !

BEWARE!

Communication with them isn’t all that good. They took about a week to ship my package and the tracking number doesn’t work that I received. I still haven’t received a response back I’m regards to my order.

It’s now April 11th and I still haven’t received my order from you. I ordered over a month ago on March 8th. Still no response.

Mrs. Lee, beware?? serious? We have been in contact with you to verify your address and your OVERSEAS! order is shipped on the 12th. March, 2 days ago, your order is dated the 9th. March and we had to run an address check for security reasons. You have ordered a Balmain Crossbody bag (which is quite expensive) and for all orders above € 500,- we have to run obligatory address and security checks, also for insurance reasons. Your order should arrive in the coming week, however due to restrictions in flights to the Unites States a delay can occur. I really hope you have a little patience and give the transporter the opportunity to deliver your order. Where's my order????

Yeah, not a great experience so far. Ordered a dress on 4th Jan. Track & trace code given but no carrier details and the 'time indication' link brought me to DHL's frequently asked questions. No sign of the dress two weeks later so fired off my first email. Three emails and two of their own 'tickets' later and I'm still none the wiser about where my order is. The mind truly boggles at the lack of customer support. Perhaps this 1 Star review will galvanise them although, somehow, I doubt it. Dreadful all round.

I have not received my item or even gotten a confirmation email. I would just like my item or refund.

I have still have not received any refund on PayPal or money back. Please refund me my money as the email you have is fake or faulty and I receive no reply.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. was assured of delivery within 10 days which did not happen. Have spent so much time and money calling numerous times. would not recommend this website to any of my acquantances.

No Return Policy - Beware!

Store has a terrible return policy and only allows exchanges. Make sure you are 100% sure about the item you buy because you cannot get your money back. I'm surprised that such a high end store refuses to give you your money back.
