every thing order missing items worse thing sent spanish aspargus in the middle of english season advertsed as english wife just had it for lunch stringy and tasteless phoned them and they refunded money but no good if you want what you ordered let us down big time will never use again can not trust them dave nott

I start shopping on Watts Farms a few months ago now and so far I ve been very happy.
Food is great, customer service impeccable and great delivery service.

Produce was excellent as always. I did book an afternoon slot & delivery arrived before 11am so it was lucky we were home!

Unfortunately my experience was not great, I was given mouldy produce, damaged produce and produce that looked like the leftover of the batch. I thought that the produce would be of great quality considering the price, but sadly this wasn't the case. However the customer service was exemplary!

Extremely high quality produce with better diversity than most UK delivery services. They fulfil orders of anything from rare mushrooms and lotus roots to basic things like cucumbers and onions. Delivery is also always on time and customer services are responsive when anything is missing in an order.

Very pleased with the quality and quantity of our Veggie Box - and delivery!

It was an interesting delivery. The delivery driver arrived with two crates (nothing wrong with this). I like the small box for each veg (good idea) but a great shame that nothing has been planned for the poor potatoes. The 2 kgs of them were just shuffled as bulk at the bottom of the crate. Don't get me wrong. I share a world with the minimum of plastic and packages but my small brain of customer thought of a paper bag of some sort. But maybe I have asked for too much.
