Easy to Order, Quick Delivery, Good Product...
The company I usually buy cleaning equipment from has stopped supplying the item I needed urgently, I found Wessex Cleaning Equipment and Janitorial Supplies on-line and placed my order which was easy, no complicated procedures, made my payment. My order was delivered swiftly and as it was too heavy for me the courier kindly placed it in my porch. The only downside was that the product was more expensive, however it was still a very good price as during my initial on-line search most other companies were charging a lot more. I am very happy with my purchase and will use this company again in the future

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and I am sorry for the time taken to get back to you.
We allow backorders on our system for a number of reasons. Typically, our stock turnover times are within a few days. However, given the current economic climate, manufacturers are experiencing high delays with products and boarders, which ultimately impacts on our stock turn around times.
If a product is out of stock - and we are allowing backorders - our website will say "Out of stock - your order will be placed on backorder". I appreciate this isn't much information to go on though.
We are currently upgrading our web shop which will give you accurate lead times from our internal system and an out of stock popup to make this more prominent when shopping online.

Do not like it
When I placed the order the product was in stock but when I called next day to check delivery date they said it is out of stock and when available they will send it . No specific time !!!!. I did not like that of not updating either their website with the stocks or the customers and let them choose to wait or cancel . Not professional.
