So Easy
Windwave are distributors for Urge cycle helmets. I found the helmet I liked, wanted, easy ordering, kept informed of delivery, very well packaged. As everything was spot I didn’t have to contact Windwave, a 10/10 from me.

Purchased a set of Vision spokes
Purchased a set of Vision spokes, the spokes were advised from FSA as the correct spokes for Trimax carbon 35, the spokes are not the correct size or width as the spokes on the wheel this is not the fault of Windwave but misinformation fron FSA who don't even stock spokes for their own wheels.

Ordered a brake fairing for my Colnago…
Ordered a brake fairing for my Colnago K1 in June 2022 & still waiting for it. I appreciate Colnago are a bit erratic, but nearly 18 months for delivery is a bit excessive.

Thanks for your review. We'll chase this up with Colnago. Although we are the UK distributor, we don't have contol over the supply. For this reason, we don't currently have this brake fairing listed on our website, and won't take a payment until we've actually got the part in our warehouse and ready to ship.
