The Howarts Legacy review is biased, they didn't play the game, they put that review because of their political agenda, very unprofessional.

Review of the latest Hogwards legacy game is based on politics and boycotting instead of the actual gaming experience. Very dissapointing that the company allows personal views to interfere with their actual purpose in this case being a game review

Wired has a pattern of disrespect towards its consumers.

They have yet to release a boxed collection in time for their own projected time frames. They have a reputation of being fairly closed mouth regarding updates and socials are full of unaddressed inquiries (consumers requesting updates on their delayed purchases).

Their product delay history ranges from 6 months to 1 year which is pretty awful considering each of the products are available for pre-order 6 months ahead of time and they have had a majority of these pre-orders sell out completely.. (meaning funding is far from the issue)

I sum this up to what I call "Publisher ADHD". Wired heavily involves themselves with a huge amount of indie developers and will focus on marketing these projects leading up to release but changes gears directly after the project releases.

Collectors boxes are always slated for 3-4 months after the game release; when Wired has already pulled all their focus to their next promotion, then product delays ensue.

If you have unending patience and are fond of a lack of transparency, these box sets are quite gorgeous though I would never suggest pre-ordering from them or purchasing unstocked items.

To this day I have yet to receive my collectors box. It is 5 months past the expected shipping date and Wired is providing customers with zero information or lead times or even responding to public inquiries. In Quarter 4 of 2022, they still use COVID-19 as an excuse for delays.

Unfortunately, Wired's lack of communication or concern for theie consumers or these issues have turned me off from the Publisher's shop.

At this point, Wired has stopped all communications with me regarding my preorder purchase. Last communication was first week of September.

I used the free download code which came with the PS5 game to download the "Martha Is Dead [Wired Rewards]" which included 3 mp3 files and some digital tarot cards which you can print out. The proces was easy, fast and rewarding.

Overall the vinyls and covers look incredible. I love how they look. Only thing keeping it off a 5 star was that 2 covers had a small rip along the middle of the spine. Not very noticeable unless viewing the vinyls inside the protector case. Other great quality!

Used the site for digital extra content. Easy to navigate website and everything was fine.

I never received the downloadable content for some reason when I downloaded there's nothing in the file. I've sent an email about this and received zero response.

Just received my shipment of a limited collectors edition of deliver us the moon and the box has significant damage to it. Upon receiving it didn’t look too bad, but after opening . It is in awful shape. This is largely due to the inadequate protection taken during packaging. No bubble wrap, nothing. Just a thin cardboard box which might work for domestic shipping but definitely not international, where returning this is going to be a challenge. Very, very disappointed!

Update (6/20/22): After contacting Customer Support, they were very quick to respond and are sending a replacement, which will hopefully arrive in proper shape. So I have adjusted my 1-star review for their prompt customer service and willingness to correct the issue.

Good product and website. Great service and value for money. Excellent buying experience.

Package was very well protected. Imported still showed up quickly for international shipping. The game is absolutely amazing and the extras make it so worth it!
