Ordered a tee shirt on pre order. 5 days after it came on general sale and after speaking with customer department twice. First they told me it would be sent the same day, express delivery. They will confirm by email within the hour. 24 hours later they told me that it would be shipped in 3 days time. Email received confirming shipping in 5 days time. Spoke with customer service, they cannot guarantee the delivery. Shocking company. Will never buy from them again and advise everybody to stay well clear of this company.

I wish I could give them a minus star. All I can say if your ordering from Canada then don't order from WWE Fan shop. I ordered some items for Halloween "The Fiend Mask and gloves " they lost my order could not give me an update. I spoke to a Supervisor who tried to give me the runaround. Thanks, WWE for ruining my son's Halloween plans. I strongly advise Canadians not to buy from them as they don't care enough to ship these items out themselves but charge premium shipping.

My decision to withdraw custom from WWE was spurred by the fact that their poor decision-making had rendered their offering unentertaining (HiaC, for fellow viewers).

The postage costs are quite high, which makes it even stranger that several days after the order has been placed, it still read as 'Not Shipped'. Still, because of this I thought it would be easy enough to cancel it. No option was offered. I attempted to contact them. The contact email form literally does not work. It fails to submit, but does not explain why.

A little further reading revealed a blunt policy that not changes or cancellations are allowed, and concluded with a somewhat condescending suggestion that buyers check their order before completing a purchase! There is a dedicated page for cancellations, but it has no content or useful links.

Unfortunately, I've come to the belated realisation that I've been had. My desire to buy from WWE's own shop was in the hope that a percentage would go to the talent. Unfortunately, I will not feel able to do so again.

I ordered 2 custom tops from wwe custom tees through euroshop. 2 months later have received nothing. They also dont reply when you try contact them. Reached out to wwe shop for help but still have got nowhere. All my years ordering online from anyone and this is my first bad experience and from an official wwe shop. Disgraceful.

I know that money makes the world move but I find it frustrating and disrespectful to discontinued the original ultimate warrior necklace and pendant with the face paint and and white eyes not the one that say "u "ultimate warrior" on it, I've been searching for the original necklace forever because it emulates my life and I will never find one... that is my complaint.

It was fast but quite expansive. He quality of he shirt is lousy. The authentic wear on the shirt rips the shirt and create a hole behind it. Crappy material used.

How do you cancel a shirt you bought from wwe shop? I bought an xl and its didnt say whether it was ladies or men and it wont let me cancel it now? I emailed them, no responses. Any suggestions?

I ordered something on January 28th, was shipped at January 30th. Now it's February 25th and I still haven't received my order. It was supposed to arrive at my home in 3-5 workdays, max.
I emailed them 3 weeks ago, no response. Tried to call them today: all the phone numbers I could find (even the one that's on the website and in my order-confirmation mail) didn't work.
I emailed them again today and I hope they'll react to it soon.

Terrible customer service. Didn't expect that from such a big company. I am extremely disappointed..

Appalling customer service. Waiting well over a month for refund. Have called 5 times and promised each time that it’s getting put through. Promises of phone calls and emails to let me know it’s gone through and haven’t recieved any. Have to call again today for the 6th time to find out what’s going on. Angry and very frustrated not to mentioned the call cost is ridiculous. For such a large company like WWE this is terrible.

I purchased $140 worth of merchandise on WWE Shop and being from Canada they use a company called Border Free to charge Canadian "Fans" so I was charged $140.98 for this order but the order never went through because of their website not working correctly. WWE says contact Border Free, Border Free says contact WWE Shop. Awesome.

i bought a poster for my sons birthday ,as a present it arrived in a cardboard tube it was all bent out of shape and spilt open , my son was very disappointed as it cost a lot of money to get sent by mail ,he was going to frame it ,now its good for nothing

If I could possibly give no stars I would because they are absolutely appalling. Ordered an item that was advertised for sale just to be told that I will not be receiving it. Poor reply rate and horrendous conduct. Absolutely would not recommend them.

For such a big company you'd think they'd have more of a grasp when it came to customer services.

Yes the products are decent, when you get them, but apart from that the whole system is dated and not up to scratch.

I'll make myself clear THERE IS NO SIMPLE WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES. Try calling the expensive number, if they answer you'll be paying per minute.
The customer service form does not work and they have no social media presence

I had to wait weeks for a refund and only because I chased them up repeatedly.

WWE Euroshop. Since they dont have a trustpilot site. Ordering an item that havent been shipped 15 days after. Their phone number not working. No way of getting in contact with them other than sending them an email through their webpage. And then the email not submitting after 20 attempts. Order as much as you want. Good luck receiving your items

Never had any real problems with ordering from WWE Shop. Everything arrives to me faster than expected. A wide variety of merchandise is always available and updated on a frequent basis. Lots of sales on the site. Wait for a sale and never pay full price.
One complaint both the WWE Authentic Wear shirts and NXT shirts are made of a heavier cotton. You don't get the best fit and can become hot when its warm outside. Not uncomfortable to wear but prefer a better cotton. Now the Ripple Junction WWE shirts are way better. A soft cotton is used and fit much better.
Biggest complaint goes to the NXT Authentic shirts and WWE Authentic Wear shirts. The NXT shirts are sized smaller than expected. one size smaller than what the size is labeled. Still 1 shirt fit how it should.
Now the WWE Authentic Wear shirts have sizing issues. You can get 2 different shirts of the exact same size and 1 fits different than the other one. But if the shirt fits true to size then the shirt fits well. I even had 1 shirt fit a size larger than what the size labeled is. As of late most of them fit true to size.
If the sizing issues were fixed I would rate it a 4/5. I just want to be able to purchase a shirt knowing it will fit as labeled.
