That they are not following the Av art. 6 (e) in Consumer rights directive saying:
"1. Before the consumer is bound by a distance or offpremises contract, or any corresponding offer, the trader shall provide the consumer with the following information in a clear
and comprehensible manner:
e) the total price of the goods or services inclusive of taxes, or where the nature of the goods or services is such that the price cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the manner in which the price is to be calculated, as well as, where applicable, all additional freight, delivery or postal charges and any other costs or, where those charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the fact that such additional charges may be payable[...]"

And further down at 6:
"6. If the trader has not complied with the information requirements on additional charges or other costs as referred to in point (e) of paragraph 1 [...], the consumer shall not bear those charges or costs."

Meaning that they aren't telling you about additional costs that may apply due to taxes and other costs affiliated with imports.

And so they send you the items from the UK, and they don't combine shipping, as shipping appears to be free at checkout. BUT if they send me several items, I have to pay like $17 for each shipment no matter the value, weight or size. In addition to the VAT tax, meaning I have no control over the costs that will apply after they send the item!

The item themselves have no issues, and they appear cheaper on their website compared to other places. It's just those additional unreliable costs, that they should warn you better about. Or even if they apply to be a VOEC supplier, the costs would be done at their checkout, like Amazon does it.

Answer: Listing it on another site than the checkout one doesn't help. My law advisor in European Customer Center told me you didn't follow code. Also I got my money back from Paypal for this, meaning they also approve of this.

No, not me! I was under the impression you were already in Norway, and therefore no import taxes would be required.

I have bought many games and oher things from shop4no.com and I think it's a good online store with great prices and good service.
only thing I don't like is that it seems like they have a department here in Norway, but they don't have that so if you buy for more than 350,- norwegian krones then you must pay tax to the Norwegian gouvernment.

I basically pre-ordered a game on january, the game was sent two weeks ago (also paid for the express service) but to date i am still waiting to receive that and i am not allowed to ask for assistance if 25 working days have not passed !
I discovered that the shop is supposed to be in england, which means that probably i will also have to pay 50% custom on arrival (if it will ever will) as their store are supposed to be in England, if you think that their prices at least are "goodish" just add a 50% value to each item to see if iẗ́'s still so.
In the meanwhile, in 1 week i received an item from ebay that i ordered from china, i don't know if their mailing system is either carrier pidgeons or bottles thrown into the sea but their delay are out of the ordinary for a after pandemic sending !

Best suggestion is order from somewhere else and let this store starve, that would really make the world a better place !

P.s give a look trough the positive comments, you don't need to be a S.M.M to understand that some of them are made by bots !

Probably the worst experience i have ever had ordering something. firstly it took them 1 month to even send the product and then it took another full month for me to get the product after they allegedly sent it, which im not even sure i believe they did since there is no tracking number or anything whatsoever to confirm this, for someone claiming to use only 3-7 business days to ship something this is pisspoor performance
