I have tried to contact this company…
I have tried to contact this company NUMEROUS about my order. The only time the contacted me was a week after I PLACED my order to tell me my CC was expired(had they entered it with in a week of placing it it wouldn’t have been expired). I asked them if they had my item in stock and ready to ship, their response was “yes”. Well that was false as they were getting the item drop shipped form the distributor that was out of stock. I paid a $10 low minimum fee plus $14 in shipping fo a pair of $20 leggings(no decoration). Order was placed on 11/26..didn’t get the email about the CC until 12/2, after multiple attempts (calls, emails) about updates with no response, I see the item FInALLY ships 12/11(and I did mention in an email that I needed them asap which is why I asked if they were ready to ship). It must have been shipped the SLOWEST way(for $14, item prob weighs less than a lb) because it’s now the 20th of December and I still don’t have it. I am very patient but lack of customer service here was mind blowing. I get that there was a holiday in there that slows things down but to lie about stock and then IGNORE emails and voicemails for this long is crazy.
