It was a package to Israel that unfortunately took longer than the standard transit time to be transported by DHL. However, it was a standard shipment - not express.
The package is in your city according to the tracking, but we don't have a more detailed info.
The calendar you just received is a free package insert that we currently include as a gift with all shipments. However, due to an error, the calendar was sent to you in a separate package, which has now arrived slightly earlier than the actual product you ordered.
We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and the incorrect assignment of the shipment number.
