We received the cooling mat/blanket as soon as it was available, and it arrived in good shape. It’s amazing how cool it feels, and most importantly, my dog’s really likes it. It washes well in a washing machine too, and I air-dried it.

I ordered 2 cooling mats for my cats to use after someone recommended them to me. It was at the time, heat wave conditions. However the mats took too long to arrive so by the time they did the weather was cooler. The cats have not yet used the mats. However they seem to be good quality.

My dog seems to like her cooling mat
My dog seems to like her cooling mat. I personally like the material it's made out of. But delivery was very slow. And I don't enjoy getting all the emails for the other products.
