I never received my clothes. I’m extremely disappointed. Like, what happened??

Everything went wrong. A complete disaster from communication with the company, the length of time that my order was never received, until I ultimately called my credit card company to reverse the charge because Of no customer service contact as no delivery of purchased goods. A terrible experience.

Nothing I ordered fit like it should. Ordered extra sizes up based on measurements because I wanted oversized fits and as a result on piece barely fits and the other doesn't fit at all.

I'd treat it as Asian sizing when ordering. Ordered 2 sizes up from what you think you need.

Still waiting on my package......been over a month

Delivery too long , months to arrive

My husband ordered a new insulated coat from this company. It took way longer than expected to be exact over a month an a half. After several emails back and forth they finally agreed to refund my husband's money. As of to date the order said that it was delivered but yet we didn't receive the order. So the agreed to refund the money which was over 10$ and my husband checked his bank account and he got a 88 cent credit paper follow back into his account. Omg are you kidding me. This company did not do anything but take my husband's money and no product. I explained that their business is a sham. Their emails are full of !@#$% and so on and so on. So I emailed the company back and also sent them screenshots of the paper credit from them of 88 cents along with a screenshot of the coat supposedly being delivered. I am now waiting to hear from them via email. Such incompetence of this company. To many scams. To many bad reviews. Theirs even a you tube about this company being a scamming business. Run run run don't buy from this company.

Did not receive merchandise! Very terrible! I have been ordering merchandise on line for years! You are the only company that has took my money with no stuff sent in return! Terrible way to treat your customers!

First, my package never shipped. I reached out to customer service which was slow to respond. An hour later, they said they had an issue and they will send the package. I receive the joggers I ordered, but they were 2 sizes too big. I contacted customer service again and there was no response. I messaged the chat several times. Basically, I paid money, to have my time wasted. I'm very disappointed and it's not worth my time to chase after this vendor.

The gold watch is defective and doesn't work.

I am very disappointed with the shoes they are ready to go to the garbage. I got on a live shat to ask how to made a return and the agent stop replying back. Shoes are scratched, peeling. The heels are cricket. I feel l got robe.

I didn't like shoes, l ask for a refund and no one response back to me.

The show was poorly made. It was not leather, the sole looked terrible, and the smell of the shoes was distasteful. The worst thing was the customer service once I received it I had to get paypal involved in order to get a response after reaching out 4 times. Would recommend staying far far away from from this company!!!

Looks good. Received my items on time.

I have been reaching out trying to return the shorts I purchased and have not received any reply!
Took 2-3 weeks to receive the shorts and now poor customer service.
Not a happy customer!

One of the worst online ecommerce experience I ever had and we are in 2022!

Wrong size. Over two months for delivery. UPDATE: I requested a return and they said they would send me a “return authorization”. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting. BEWARE!
