I love this
I love this. Just by shopping at stores through the app I have managed to recieve real money back on my purchases. It's really easy to navigate the site and there are games and competitions as well. I have withdrawn a couple of times and was very easy to do and money showed in my account within a few days. Over all a great app for a good return on your time.

ShopBack Australia is fantastic!
ShopBack Australia is fantastic! I use it whenever I can, especially with booking accommodation through either Booking.com, Wotif, Expedia, Agoda, or Trip.com I try to wait until one of the retailers/service providers on ShopBack is having an “Upsized” flash-sale deal on a day. The ShopBack system automatically tracks your purchases and the amount to be paid, as a Cashback, into your nominated bank account. I have received over $4,000 Cashback so far by using ShopBack since I joined several years ago. On ShopBack, there are thousands of retailers/service providers to choose from across multiple categories (Travel, Fashion, Alcohol, etc). I highly recommend ShopBack Australia! They intentionally fail tracking to stay profitable.
They have no viable support. Only a useless Ai bot that runs you around in circles and will never direct you to a real person.

Great way to save money on everyday spend
Great concept and you effectively get discounts on everyday items. The ability to see upcoming upsizes is great and the vouchers make good gifts. The number of times you have to follow up purchases manually is very annoying as is the random “rejected” purchases without any information as to why
