I guess I was the next on an already long list to become a victim of Deluxe Beauty Supply. It’s too bad I didn’t do my homework and check the reviews before ordering. I can now confirm beyond a doubt that this company is misleading people on the internet by failing to provide ordered products and misleading individuals into believing the orders have been shipped. The minute you request actual shipping and or tracking information as provided by the courier you paid for will result in your emails being ignored. And of course, the package never arrives. The tracking information they provide on their website is not actual courier tracking information. Viable shipping information lists the name of the courier, a link to their website and a tracking number as provided by the courier. Even Canada post supplies this information.

The most common excuse I have seen on these reviews is “must be in your spam folder”. If you received your initial order confirmation from them, its unlikely anything is been filtered as spam on your side.

It should be noted, misleading carries both civil and criminal liabilities. Misleading is an act of fraud when you are induced into purchasing something where the seller has no intention of providing.
If you have had or are currently having issues with this company, have not received what you paid for. Dispute it with your credit card issuer.

You can also file a complaint with the Peel Regional Police Cybercrime Fraud Division 905-453-2121 ext. 3335. Also report it to your local police authority.

The Deluxe Beauty Supply website is hosted on the Spotify service. Their policy forbids the use of their service for fraudulent activity. Report it to them as well.

Its time to stand up and put a stop to internet fraud.

Horrible company, I ordered off the website and after emailing them 10 days later they said oh it's discontinued, refund in 1-2 days, NOTHING. They won't answer any of my emails, terrible!!

i order items on 21 feb 2022, charged very efficiently but still no order recieved and no answer to emails and of course the phone isnt answered. beware looks like a scam to me

I ordered from Deluxe Beauty Supply. At no fault of theirs, it was unfortunately lost in shipping. Not 30 seconds after emailing the company, I received an immediate response. The problem was resolved as soon as a new shipment could be sent and the order came quickly. My daughter and granddaughters will be so happy to receive their products and in particular, the curl detangler. I will definitely continue ordering from this company due to its excellent service. Thank you for the pleasant experience on rectifying a slight hiccup.

They seem to have multiple names/sites that come and go (previously also:
- L A Beauty Supply
- Deluxe Beauty Supply
and more).
2705188 ONTARIO INC. (not sure if they also have multiple registrations).
Always in Brampton (as far as I know).

When they change names it seems the previous bad Google (and other) reviews are not attached to their new business name and they can start again.

And as others have said, they show a ton of items on their site that they do not even have. Prices and discounts look great (but fake) to hook you in.
I got caught before, along with a bunch of other people (Facebook group, Google reviews, etc), with orders that were unfulfilled and no refund until they were forced to refund (opening PayPal dispute or contacting credit card company).

I almost got caught a second time until I noticed similarities and realized the place I was about to buy from was the same one as before but with a different name.

I ordered from beauty supply solutions and 2 of my items were refunded for not being instock. I ordered 5 packs of kids hair beads and was sent all the wrong style/colour. Upon investigating for weeks I found out they have a new name now. On my shipping box it said Beauty Supply Solutions with an address in Brampton which matched exactly to Deluxe Beauty Supply at 58 Commuter Drive. I looked up that company on Google maps and found a contact number and they actually responded and had my order number. I believe this company is using 2 websites. So here is the number for anyone that wants to call regarding their order. The phone number is 905-216-0380. The staff was very polite about it (thankfully) and I'm getting my issue resolved.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order in November 2020 and it still hasn’t shipped, it’s January 16, 2021 today. They do not respond to emails. I understand and am considerate of the fact that because of COVID items might take longer to ship, but it is clear that they accepted my money without having the products in stock as the products hadn’t even been shipped yet. THEY KEEP SOLD OUT ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I have ordered twice from this company. Once during lock-down and again last week. My order from last week was delivered within a few days. My order from lock-down did take a few weeks to was delivered.

Extremely unprofessional. Order placed on May 5th, processed on June 8th and was finally delivered on June 25th. I had called and sent emails to follow-up on my order (as I had not received any updates) and no one ever returned my calls or emails. The most upsetting part is that the order was incomplete (!) and the hair brush bristles were bent out of shape. And again, no one will reply to my emails or answer my calls. I would not recommend this shop as the customer service is severely lacking.

I can't speak for the other reviewers, but it could be that shipping and order confirmation could be slow due to the pandemic.

I placed my order in the beginning of July and just got it today (July 29th). This makes sense to me as orders and demands could be very high.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my transactions and everything was shipped neatly. I received my order updates via text, so for others, maybe check the preferences in how you would like your updates (either via email or text messages were the options that were given).

Update August 22, 2020:
My original thoughts about this company don't really waver, but it turns out that I did have an issue with my order (one item seems defective and may be a fake).

I emailed about a partial refund or return, and I still haven't heard back from them. It's been about 3 weeks since I sent it, and I don't think I'll ever see a reply, especially since I'm asking for a partial refund or return. I don't think I would buy from this company again, due to their poor customer service that I've now experienced, like others have.

I would say steer clear of this company for now and find a different local beauty store like Cloré or similar.

I placed my order on July 12, 2020 and my order arrived intact on July 29, 2020 (all items received). I can not speak for anyone else, but I am glad that my order arrived.

Placed an order on July 5th and NO Confirmation of Order, NO shipping information, NO respond to emails nor phone calls!.
ShopBeautySupply.ca is a SCAM and should NOT be TRUSTED!!
Lucky that I was able to get a refund as I paid through Paypal.

I am back. Well, my order got delivered today complete. Sorry, I wrote a bad review previously. They should improve on their communication skills.

Total scam.
Have a claim theu PayPal and the supplied a shipping number. Follow the shipping number and was delivered to their own address. On top of it said I recieved it April 28 when I ordered it May 28th.
Scam alert all the way.
