Swift delivery; packing deficient.
Very quick delivery. Box showed drip had occurred; not too much; small hole in the shipping box. I think the loss is probably minimal, but packing could be improved somewhat. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price, swift delivery and, I hope, the quality of the product.

Your response to my order was excellent, timely and informative.
However, my experience with UPS is an ongoing disaster. I have not yet received the product, as the delivery man came with a COD order and his machine to accept the payment was broken so he left with my product.
He told me I could pay the COD charges on line at a later date, which I did, but now UPS is assuming that I have received the product.
Please help!!

I guess I got a bargain sales price even though I
paid so much. There are many packets that will last
a long time on this protocol.
It arrived on time...actually it took quite a while...
but it came when the tracking said it would.
And, the person I communicated with by email
was very warm and friendly.
