If it could allow me to put a 0 star review I would. I ordered 2 carriers in September & still have not received them. Now their website is down as if it never existed. Not on shop.com or anywhere not even the links I got with my order confirmation. Now I have to try to dispute the purchase with my bank. Save yourself the trouble & money & don’t shop with them if they ever go live again.

Scammers! The dad shirt is the worst quality T-shirt you could imagine. It wouldn’t secure an apple in place; let alone a baby. It’s super stretchy material and very thin. The t shirt arrived with no head support shown in the photos. It took 3 weeks to arrive even though it stated express delivery.
They offer for you to return it for a refund but it’s at your cost back to china. They suggested a partial refund but I never received it. I have since chased this and they have stopped responding and it has been months now. Awful company and T-shirt.

I had the same experience as everyone here… I ordered my baby carrier on September 16 and it is now October 28 and I still have not received it and I have contacted their support three times and have never received a response from them.

I had the same experience as many others. I ordered via Shop, but my order never arrived and I never got a response from them. Fortunately, I disputed the charge on my Chase card and they refunded the amount for me.

Don’t purchase from them they are scammers. Ordered a carrier in august and still have not received and I tried to message them multiple times and no response. Clearly their mothers didn’t love them enough because they are products of the devil and most certainly going to hell for deceiving pregnant women. Don’t purchase from them ever.

I bought a toddler carrier and tried to return it. It took them forever to send it to me. I never received a response about the return. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I purchased the toddler carrier and it's great! It's well made and works just as the videos demonstrated. I give my experience 4 stars only because it took about 5 weeks to get here which made me think it was a scam, but to their credit, they did keep me up-to-date on my order.

POOR QUALITY AND UNRELIABLE

I bought their dad tshirt looking at the instagram advert and was advised that it would arrive in 2-5 days but the package arrived 3 weeks late. The quality of the tshirt was really poor so I asked to return it and for a full refund. At first they offered to give me a partial refund that I declined as the tshirt quality was very bad so was of no use to me even at a discounted price. When I asked for a full refund they kept negotiating and said they couldn’t do so. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to give me a full refund and promised to do it by a certain date. The date came and went…it’s been around 4 months now and I have still not received a refund. They have also stopped replying to my emails now. Very bad experience, will never buy again.

SCAM! never got the product my mode of payment got compromised!

Complete SCAM! Bought it due to all of these Instagram ads. Now the company is gone and I never received my item. It’s been 3 weeks. I disputed it with chase and they confirmed it was a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Have not received order yet. I emailed the company and got no reply. The order should have arrived two weeks ago.

Product never received and no customer service response

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. CANNOT GET ANYONE TO EMAIL ME BACK REGARDING THE ORDER.

Would give zero if I could. Takes a month to be received. Terrible response time on customer service. Asked them to cancel said they couldn’t. Product ships from mainland china. Would not recommend. Not worth it.

The link to my order and my tracking number no longer exist. I have reached out to their support email multiple times with no response. Ended up disputing the charge.

I ordered 2 weeks ago haven't recieved it yet, tracking website wasn't working until today, which shows parcel is still in transit from / through China. Very frustrating for an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. Then getting emails in Dutch to rate the product or experience long before it has arrived, no acknowledgement of delays makes wonder if something has gone wrong somewhere. Was hoping to used this product for an upcoming trip, but I don't think it will arrive in time now. Dissapointing

do not buy. scammers. the tracking for this item remained in “processing” or “ready to ship” since I made the purchase on August 13, and it’s now August 30. I emailed more than 3 times and no response. I paid through paypal and was able to get a refund through them.

Shipping saying 2-3 business days. It’s been 8 and I got a tracking number that links to nothing. They don’t respond to emails either so I disputed it with my bank.
