Cardinos has a pretty great selection…

Cardinos has a pretty great selection of shoes, that’s why I come here. However, on this occasion, the sales person at the Westshore location was a challenge. She was not helpful at a critical moment when I was trying to use a virtual gift card. Although they sell these on their website, she claimed never to have seen one, and refused to let me use it to pay. I suggested I order it on their website- ridiculous to do while standing in the store, but she did allow that. Unfortunately, I made an error that charged me $20 in shipping, so she had to call her supervisor to get me a refund. During the call I felt she blamed me for the situation. Not a great feeling to be left with. I think this probably isn’t her dream job and it shows.
