Unfortunately, my partner has hundreds of pounds of outstanding goods still owed from this supplier.

It is now approaching a year of chasing for certain items we purchased and paid for. These were never sent - hence this review.

In short our dealings with them have been sub-standard. This is unprofessional, and their extremely poor communication does not build any trust we will have this resolved.

A simple refund for items not in stock and not fulfilled would suffice.

I ordered my products in September 7 given the Queen’s death and all I expected a delay in delivery however it is now Oct 11 2022 and still no products. Very disappointed in this as was looking forward to my food. Will not be buying from this site!!!!

This is my first time ordering from this online store & I am very happy with the service I received, I will be ordering from here again 100% I am also surprised by the quick delivery service came next day, I couldn't be bothered running around looking for Easter bun so I started looking online & I found this store,good thing I did as I would highly recommend Shop Carib to all family & friends, excellent service keep it up good stuff.

Very poor customer service no phone number to contact them back and forth with emails as order was wrong eventually they sent my order and only received half of it so I've now paid over £20 for 6 patties

It’s not very often I’ll spend the time to write a review about a business online however.. I have ordered from here a couple of times now and the service I’ve received has been incredibly quick and friendly.. even with a personal thank you email for each order. Highly recommend! Paul is lovely!!!
