Wish I knew this before buying from them
Writing this because I wish I had seen it before I purchased from them. The quality of the slippers is not nearly nice enough for the price point.
I ordered the Franki slippers and it was quite narrow and short relative to how my normal size fits me. I also don't appreciate that the online return process only offers store credit, so I have to waste time emailing them instead of self-servicing. Again, for the price point, the shopping and return experience really should be better.
They also only process return request emails from Wed-Fri, which is a terrible customer experience. I get they're probably a startup and still figuring things out, but they need to charge much lower prices until they reach a point where they're worth the price.
If they at least give me a prepaid return label and full refund, I'll update this rating to a 3, but for now it's a 1.
