do not want a membership- however money…

do not want a membership- however money has been drawn from my bank account, I want it to STOP and have contacted my bank of course who unable to help. I have been signed up and scammed by this company !! I have never received goods and this company have scammed me

The agent help me to refund my money even if it is 50% only, still i appreciate it. He is the only one that leave me in the chat because i tried three agents already, and He is the only one that really help me a lot.

We ordered a bracelet from your site. We wanted to cancel the back order on behalf of Zeynep Selin Karabulut and we could not, only the e-mail address was given as a means of communication. Even though we sent the e-mail, there was no communication. Moreover, while I was waiting for the refund, money was withdrawn from my account again after 3 days, without my knowledge and without my consent. My nephew's friend also suffered the same problem, money was withdrawn from his account without our knowledge, we do not approve, how can such a transaction be made and the money can be withdrawn? Please, I want all the money withdrawn to be refunded, I would be happy if you refund it as soon as possible...
