Poor shop elsewhere

Ordered over a week ago and still not received the item or a reply to my email, then they send an email asking for a review before I’ve even received my item, won’t use again, hopefully I can cancel my order and shop elsewhere

Awful service!

Awful service!

Bought a fan for the upcoming summer days, should have taken 3 to 4 working days to arrive (according to the confirmation when bought), a week later nothing? Emailed via their online portal, nothing back? Going to call them now their customer service no. Let's see what happens???
