Great discounts, poor delivery of the product
The shop gives real discounts, the website is OK, customer service is also responsive.
But ... they really need to change SEUR as transport service. IT IS A NIGHTMARE! They never came to my house. They called, I could not pick up the call immediately. I called back 5 minutes later but they did not answer. And then, I received an SMS&email that I can change the date. But actually, they do not give the option of rescheduling the delivery. You can only go and pick it up from their shop. I did that - they say it is available the next day in the shop. I went there the next day and they told me to come the day after. A lot of wasted time. You should use UPS.

Delivery was even before commitment, happy to see the product. I ordered Macbook air m2, all was fine, still now I couldn't get time to explore the product. Overall it was great experience of shopping with shopdutyfree.es
However i want to recommend to remove overwhelming adds from the website so we can easily browse and check for more products.
