Faulty packaging. They denied they can see it in the pictures.
I received a watch in faulty packaging. I emailed pictures in showing the box with marks and scratches on it.
This is what they responded with: "Unfortunately these pictures you have provided show zero damage to the box."
Despite me sending in pictures of the box, they completely refused to accept the damage and forced me to pay for return postage.
Luckily paypal have refunded the return costs to me. I am still awaiting my refund for the watch.
