Buyer be aware 80% USA import Tarrifs apply
These folks hide the fact that you have to pay a heft tarrif on import to the USA> WHile tarrifs arenot their fault, it is their responsibility to ensure you aware just how much they are. I paid $153 tarrif on an under $200 cover. Wouldn't have bought it had i know. Good cover, bad business practices.

I bought an Audi TT convertible
I bought an Audi TT convertible. It is kept the car in
in an open barn with swallows above. I saw the half cover on line. The cover came quickly and was good quality and fitted well. It came with a nice bag to put it in. I also emailed the company to ask for a link to track the parcel. They returned my email within an hour.
I can really recommend this company.

Please be prepared for additional fee that not notice once it arrived in US. I was purchased a one for my car for $180. but once arrived there are additional government fee and taxes for $140. i understand they can't control additional fee. however, its their responsibility to notified the customer there are potential fee involved. now I have to cover the return cost. not worth at all.

Fraudulent misrepresentation by Shop for Covers
I never received the car covers in order to test their quality. Rather, after paying $670 for three car covers, and receiving a receipt that there were “$0“ delivery charges, and then being told that the car covers had been shipped, I received an email from UPS saying that delivery would be imminent, but that another $392 was required to be collected. Shop for Covers rationalized that these were not “delivery charges“, but rather tariffs (61%) attributable to delivering the car covers, and was unapologetic about their knowing and obvious failure to identify this as an additional charge. I would not agree to make payment so, consequently, never received the car covers. Shop for Covers would not refund the $670 I had paid, so I had to address the matter with my credit card company. This was fraudulent, in my opinion.

The unexpected $392 in import tariffs charged by UPS took us by surprise as well. These were not delivery costs, but U.S. customs duties—specifically a 61% import fee—that were applied by U.S. Customs and collected by UPS on their behalf. We completely agree that this should have been more clearly communicated, and we take full responsibility for not anticipating this earlier.
At the time of your order, our website correctly showed $0 shipping charges, as we cover international shipping to the U.S. However, we now realize that not distinguishing clearly between shipping and customs/import duties created confusion and frustration.
Since then, we’ve taken the decision to pause all shipments to the U.S. until we can find a way to handle these import fees fairly and transparently for our customers.
Regarding your refund: we did not initially process it because the covers had already shipped, and the refusal to accept delivery was due to external fees we neither set nor directly received. However, we now understand how this situation appeared to you, and we are deeply sorry that it felt dishonest or even fraudulent. That was never our intent.
We’re learning from this experience and are committed to preventing anything like this from happening again.

The half top cover Porsche arrived on…
The half top cover Porsche arrived on 6/30/25 by UPS. The delivery driver asked for $117.43 COD. He was unable to explain the COD amount. Your website advertised "FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL US ORDERS". Since the sales tax abt 9% and the tariff for EU countries is 10%, the COD should not exceed $25.84. Looks like UPS is ripping off your customers. I said I needed a breakdown of the $117.43. The driver retained the package and I have not heard from UPS even though I had asked the driver to report my desire for details.

The tariff should have been plainly displayed. It cost me an additional USD$177 to receive my cover.
The cover itself is of excellent craftmanship. The tariff tax was just too much for that reason I do not see it as a good price for the product.

what a surprise to learn that i will owe almost 100% more when the cover arrives! taxes and apparently tariff!! you need to make the tax info more clear and warn us of tariffs- regardless of whose they are. when i tried to figure the taxes, the US was not even an option on the drop down menu you provided. had i known this i would NOT have purchased the item.

BEWARE taxes not included in free shipping, final cost will be almost 2x
Misleading lack of transparency on tax and duties.
You will get charged about 80% of the cost of the cover for duties and taxes for shipments outside of Europe. I paid US$ 241 for a cover, and tax/duties were US$ 187. There is no information that this will be an International shipment when selecting shipping options. There only large banner that says "Free shipping to the US", nothing about the taxes you will have to pay. So unless you really dig into it, you are caught completely off guard.
I hope people read this. If you still want to buy the product for almost 2x the cost, then by all means go for it!
