I had an issue

I had an issue, but the issue was resolved and the service was just amazing. I’m not sure if the person that assisted me was Jamal, but I’m happy with the service and experience

Prompt refund

I did have a problem with my membership fee but this was promptly taken in charge of by the service team and satisfactorily resolved.

Refund

I had an issue with subscribing to the app by mistake and I had request for a refund, after a while of not getting any assistance Josh from the escalation department has been able assist me by calling me to fully fund out the matter and has assured me that my refund will be sent out to me as promised. I am very grateful for such wonderful customer service experience
