Debited R800 for nothing

I'm really disappointed with you guyz, I don't know what happened but I ended up with debited amount of +-800 in my nedbank card. I emailed you and cancel everything and promise to refund my money since on the 22 August 2024 till today no money received on my side, yet you claimed that you refunded me. You said the money was refunded to my credit card which I don't have a credit card. Please help me I really need that money back. Especially I'm unemployed. 😭😭
