No reply after messages sent
Customer service is very bad. My first time shopping with them but with such service, I don’t think I will ever shop again. Interesting products but sold me expired goods.
I emailed them about the expired goods on 3 April and Margarette replied me on 4 April saying -‘Please rest assured that we take this matter very seriously. We will be conducting a thorough investigation into the items you received and the information provided, including the attachments and communication from the brands.
Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we want to ensure that this is addressed properly. We will follow up with you as soon as we have more information.‘
But never heard from her again.
I emailed on 8 April and Edgelyn replied saying my concern is reviewed and will get back to me . But still mo news!!
I emailed again on 14 April and 17 April and still no news!!
Don’t ever buy anything from them as this is the kind of service they are providing and after one reply just go MIA.
No trust and confidence in them anymore!!
