Ordered from them more than a month ago.after order confirmation- zero communication and no goods delivered.absolutely terrible
You can't trust they have anything listed on their site. I ordered a chair in December. They told me in January they couldn't deliver until the start of March. The chair just arrived in mid-april.
Now they tell me I need to pay for the chair that I already paid for 4 months ago. It caused me to comb through old bank records to find the trans action, and then see they refuneded the payment in March and now are asking for it again. It's a big headache buying from Shophome.
