When items are shipped the charges are waived when items are returned it is a complete hassle. 3 returns resulted in having to get a manager to get charges sent to bio to be reversed
Not really impressed any more will probably be cancelling it. If total price with shipping too high will not buy the item. Too many other places to purchase

I join the program about a few months…
I join the program about a few months ago. I have really enjoyed receiving my checks. They are about 30 days give you a list of stores to follow. You just copy the receipt and mail in the form. Very easy to follow. I really love the program.
P.S. Most of the stores I all ready shop at so its easy to get refunded.

Too many steps to ge shipping refund. In order to get shipping refunded there…
In order to get shipping refunded there are too many steps; especially when purchased on ShopHQ; the shipping should not be changed when the purchase is through ShopHQvip.com similar to when shopping on other sites where you reach a status were shipping is free. I purposely do not make purchases due to the shipping refund process. I have tried repeatedly to get refunds and It just doesn’t work!
