Continue to call about denied claims…
Continue to call about denied claims with no one who can give me a straight answer or call back. From what I've been told, the reason for the denial may be because I have submitted refund requests for the same order# more than once. That would be because some orders have been shipped on several different days in separate shipments. This happens, I assume, due to product availability & inventory which I have no control over. If this is indeed the reason for the denials, that is a huge flaw in the.SHOPHQ VIP system.

They accidentally canceled my VIP…Rip Off !!!
They accidentally canceled my VIP account. I had hundreds of dollars in purchases to be approved. They said I had to open a new account and those items would transfer. Nope!! I lost my free shipping and the 5% rebate. I tried for 3 months to get this straightened out. I did everything that said to do and they never did fix it. This was their mistake to fix, not mine. And on top of it all, I was paying the membership fee.

I requested to send my check to a new…
I requested to send my check to a new address and it was sent to an old address that I don’t live anymore but prior i got 2 checks in my new residence. Then i called to change address again cus i moved to my daughter’s house this time. I called twice already and no confirmation or notification if the issue was escalated and it had to be done again the 2nd time i followed up, until now no word.
