I had a Hydrolite bottle break over a year ago and ordered a new replacement glass. In that order I also order two new units to go with the first two I had. The two new bottles came but one had the seals stuck to the glass so bad they couldn’t be removed without wrecking them. The new glass did not arrive. I have been going back and forth with the “customer service rep” (Lisa - that I’m sure is just a bot) and nothing has ever came. I asked to maybe get some new seals as the one bottle will not stop leaking and the replacement glass I paid for had never showed up. This has been going on for over a year with now sign of any resolution. In my mind they sell new bottles out of a warehouse and have no intention of providing any parts, warranty or refund. They have stolen my money and provided an inferior product that has not worked since day one. Save your money and go get the tablets its way easier than any bottles.

Liked it at first. Now seems to have lost any "hydrogenating" power. Lessoned a few months ago but still had an expanded gas "pop" when I opened it. Now it's a bit after the one year warranty expired and crickets from the company. Have emailed. No response. Just put in a second request after attempting the "CHAT" to which no one responded. Sadly disappointed. This came highly recommended by a trusted person who also has one.

Bottle came broken, replaced after a year of exchanging emails! The replaced bottle was also not functioning well, i asked for money back and they stopped answering the emails!! I finally stayed with the broken bottle and no refund was given!! Scammers Stay Away!!

Broken bottle, mould, not self cleaning, then stopped working after 3 months, 40 emails sent to LISA MILES no respinse, just a false promise. ??? What have you got to say to me lisa miles ????

DO NOT purchase anything from this Fraud of a Company. My Hydrolite Bottle stopped working and was also leaking water all over the place. They said that they would replace it but it was never replaced and all they did was Lie! This company is the worst!

SCAM!!!!! Do not spend your money. This company is a joke! We received our water bottles, but then one became defective and was gathering mould at the bottom. We asked for a replacement, the company used every excuse in the book. Stated they attempted to send the replacement three times (all to addresses that were NOT mine). Then I asked a fourth time, they mailed me a water bottle sleeve. OK GREAT, you clearly know how to mail to my address.. now mail me my replacement. It had been months, I finally requested just a refund to cover the water bottle. No response. It has been over a year now, I have received nothing. I email them every week and it is a robot responding. I don't know how this company is still running.

Bought bottle base broke promised replacement not happened. Don’t bother rubbish customer service

Hydrolite FALSELY promises a one year warranty. They promised to send me a replacement part. Every time I email them they say yes they’re working on it. It’s been over a year since I’ve been corresponding with them over this warranty. Now they are ignoring me. I just want them to fulfill their promise.. I paid a lot of money for this!

I order a replacement glass and new bottle last year. The new bottle came but the replacement glass has not despite 1 year of corresponding with Lisa at Hydrolite. Like other people who have ordered this product Hydrolite do not want to remedy the situation. It is disgraceful behaviour, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I continue to communicate with the company both via email to their customer service and on their webpage. Lets see if they respond.

I wrote to customer service in april 2025 to get a replacement lid.
Every now and then I had to contact Them to get an udate and they are sorry cause it is delayed. I still havent received it. I dont Think they ever gonna send me something. I Think they Hope I will forget it. Dont buy from Them.

Water bottle broke while in warranty period. I was promised a replacement which kept on being delayed over the last half a year. Took me a while to realise that they had no intention of replacing it and just gave excuses for delays, waiting for me to forget about it.

Have been waiting over a year for a replacement Infuser which cost quite a lot. They asked for photos of the Infuser which was sent, then they asked for a video which was also sent. I had also ordered two bottles at the same time and the face mister. I have
emailed lots and lots, always being told it is being dealt with. Obviously not going to send anything.

I made two orders. The first one took a month to arrive. The second one (more expensive) almost two months. The second one was faulty within a week. Two months have gone past with no sign of the replacement part ever arriving. Always albeit politely giving excuses-tariffs, shipping delays. I gave up and bought a different brand. Never again buying from this company!

Fradulent retailer. I have purchased the lid replacement on the 11th of October 2025,today si already 25th of Novemeber 2025 and I still did not received it. Every time I approach the customer service it's the same vague explanation and reasurment thatmy order i being processed. DO NOT BUY FROM that company

Everyone should report those scammers on "Canadian Consumer Affairs Office (google them)" and "Competition Bureau Canada (google them)" and if you can also try commencing legal action through the appropriate court

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a few products totalling over $175 3 months ago and nothing has been shipped.

After 1 month, I queried my order delay. They wrote, 'Please be informed that due to our current promotion, there has been a surge in orders. This has caused a delay in shipping. Most of the order will be shipped soon and be arriving 8-10 days later than expected.'

After two months of waiting with nothing received, I requested a refund due to the severe delay. They then informed me that they have not heard back from their refund department, so they cannot process this at this time.

After 3 months, I am still chasing a refund and getting the same answer each time. It is crazy how companies are allowed to operate in this manner and get away with it.

I ordered a hydrogen water bottle from Hydroide almost two weeks ago and nothing has happened since. No shipping, no packaging update, not even a proper confirmation. I emailed their customer service to ask what’s going on – no reply at all. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an online shop. They take your money immediately but provide zero service or communication. At this point it feels like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Please stay away from this SITE!! After paying for the bottle in and of April, still didn't get it!!! Answer by email from them like sorry, we have a problem by delivery, late.... etc... Your order is still processing 😭😭😭. How long time they need? Story for babies 😖
