Scam.. I ordered for a 75 inch smart board. At first they sent me a part for 55 inch . Then they sent me another one to replace it. A 65 inch this time.

scam parts are defective.
wasted 5 hrs on what they show to be a new part. after multiple codes being thrown and tearing it apart over and over again customer service said they get there parts from used machines. What is the point. Wasted time money and ended up getting a new part and it worked fine. I should send them a bill. No where on their website does it say the parts are used let alone defective common sense the part wont work if its used. what a joke!

Washing machine broke so on 19 May 2025 so I YouTube the possible cause and concluded it was the circuit board. I looked up the part number and Shop Jimmy site popped up. I live in Hawaii and paid for the 2 day air. Got to me sooner than expected through UPS on 21 May 2025. Mother board works like a charm. No issues to report. Very satisfied.

They sold me used, broken parts. Nowhere on the parts listing did it state they were used. Then, they didn't refund the shipping, and it took them over a month to refund. Steer clear, these people are crooks and thieves.
pathetic excuse for a…
This is a pathetic excuse for a company. I originally purchased a Whirlpool Dryer control board, turns out I didn't need the part after all and started the return process. I sent back the part and it was received in their warehouse on February 6, 2025. About a month later I realized they never credited my account. I emailed them as they DO NOT have a working number asking for an update. Received an email back from some guy named Justin saying that my refund was issued. Why did it take me having to ask about my refund a whole month later!?! Had I never asked about it they would have stayed with my $125.00!! No telling how many other people have fallen victim to this company. I emailed Justin back asking if this was a standard business practice for ShopJimmy, of course he never responded.
Untested Parts & Bad Service Rep
They ended up sending me a board that was missing 2 pins and 1 bent but the best part? It had the ShopJimmy stamp below the broken pins lol... The board looks worse than the old one. I submitted a help request and within 10 minutes Sonny had sent off a replacement board without confirming what I wanted. I replied asking for a refund instead but Sonny took over 24 HOURS to reply so the board shipped.. - I would have preferred to have a refund and they can pay to ship the bad board back so they can hawk it off to someone else like I keep hearing. Now im stuck waiting for a board I dont want AND im responsible for the return fee.
Overall I do NOT recommend this service if you are thinking about buying from here. The part most likely wont work, it might look like it was involved in a house fire. They will send replacements so they can keep their money. Its truly a headache and I wish I didn't buy from here now. Goodluck to those who do..
I ordered a dryer control board
I ordered a dryer control board, and when I installed it , the only thing that worked was the light inside the drum... I asked for another one ,and they did as soon as I sent the first one back. The second one worked like a charm.. so I think it's overall a positive experience.. Of course I wish the first one had of worked, but that's part of the game when you get discount parts.

Shopjimmys sent me the wrong part then wanted me to pay to send it back plus a restock fee. I explained it was their mistake and got ghosted. I escalated my case to PayPalwhich they ignored also.
Ordered an oven controler
Ordered an oven controler. Received a defective used part, first they offered me to replace it bit since then they dont answer my emails. So I now beleive tha I have lost close to 200$ cdn and my oven is not working. Do I will use or recommend ShopJimmy in future? Never.
They claim to have shipped my product but never did
They claim to have shipped my product out the same day that I ordered it. The tracking information which is nearly a month old now shows that they created a label and never shipped my items. They are refusing to give me a refund or new shipping information. They claimed almost 10 days ago now to have re-shipped my items. At this point in time I'm really just starting to believe that they have scammed me. They are also now refusing to answer my emails. Wildly unprofessional.
Replacement Board for Dishwasher Worked Great!
Bought a replacement control board for my Fridgedaire dishwasher that quit working. Cost was way less than other companies, which sent up a red flag, but took a chance as I figured I could send it back if it didn't work.
Part arrived on time, was an exact replacement, installed in minutes, and worked perfectly. Saved me a ton on calling in a repairman or needing to purchase a new dishwasher. Will be using them again.
Worst place ever to buy anything from
Worst place ever to buy anything from. Their warehouse inventory manager said that the parts I received were exact replacements for my Samsung curved TV. They came in packaged as the part I needed labeled and all. But the parts that I got came from a 55 inch tv which has a different power supply and it all hooks up looks good and you go to turn on the TV and you get nothing. You swap back to your oem parts and get nada. Contact them 3 days later they said they'll send the correct replacements 2 weeks later they come in and boom I get the exact same parts I got last time. I contact them they said they talk to the supply manager. He replys they are correct. I happily go on to the Samsung.com and show them the screenshots of the online list of interchangeable parts for all Samsung TV parts and they said I should send back the parts both sets they sent for a refund they cant help me any farther.. worst experience ever.
shopjimmy bad parts
Had a Samsung TV started showing white spots on the screen which means the diffuser fell off and either needs to be taking apart and glue them back on or buy the whole strip of new led's. So I purchased new led strip from this company which was a total of 8 for the TV. The cost was pretty reasonable and paid the cost of shipping. Once I got these immediately had a problem that 4 were dead leaving half the screen dark so customer support sent me to tech support that didn't know the call was about the new strips from them and he immediately said the issue was dead strips. This company wants me to package these and send them back on my dime and hopefully would send new ones. These units don't come out without breaking which means they won't be covered. so after watching half a screen for 4 days waiting for an answer guess what a spot is showing up on the screen just like the original issue. From what my experiences has been is its a complete waste of time ever thinking of repairing your tv with their parts and return policy. Don't do it I have been without a TV for a week and using their program means it will now be weeks so I'd rather buy a tv and eat the cost on terrible service and substandard parts. Ordered from cheap chiness dealer and turns out shop-jimmy sold exactly the same cheap set for triple the cost.
